History of Whispered Breathing

Overview

Whispered Breathing is the catalyst perk for the Exotic Sniper Rifle Whisper of the Worm. Aiming down sights without firing for a brief moment grants bonus range and precision damage while the weapon stays zoomed, until you de-scope.

Acquisition

Destinypedia reports that the original Whisper catalyst came from completing The Whisper on Legend difficulty. It also says full masterwork requires 500 kills with the weapon, and that the catalyst adds +30 Reload Speed. The Destiny Game Wiki ties the craftable traits to the Whispers of the Taken quest series from Eris Morn.
