History of Weyloran

Weyloran was a Hunter in the Iron Lords, holding the rank of Iron Wolf and noted for marksmanship. Lord Saladin honored Weyloran by naming the Iron Banner sniper rifle Weyloran's March after them. Saladin gave the rifle to Guardians who distinguished themselves in the Iron Banner, and gave Hunters copies of Weyloran's mask.

Saladin remarked that "Weyloran never rescinded an oath once granted." Weyloran is first mentioned in Destiny: The Taken King, and is mentioned again in Destiny 2: Warmind and Episode: Revenant.
