History of Well of Echoes

Overview

The Well of Echoes is a Vex-held private area in the Arcadian Valley on Nessus, reached through The Tangle; it connects to the sub-area A Hole in the Well. It first appeared in Curse of Osiris and returned in Episode: Echoes, where the Nessian Schism faction appears.

Getting there

Travel to the Artifact's Edge landing zone, drop down into The Tangle, and look for a tower with a triangular, pyramid-like doorway in the southwest. Inside, descend through a hole to a central arena guarded by an elite, "Argus, Firewall Guardian"; destroy the four glowing cubes to remove its shield, after which a hidden passage opens to the Enigma Protocol mission (requires "Mission: Meteoric" first).

Missions

The Curse of Osiris story mission Hijacked goes through an entrance to the Well of Echoes.
