History of Way of a Thousand Cuts

Overview

Way of a Thousand Cuts is the middle ability tree of the Gunslinger subclass for the Hunter class. It requires the Forsaken or Shadowkeep expansion.

Abilities

• Knife Trick: a melee ability that throws a fan of flaming knives that burn targets on hit.
• The Burning Edge: makes dodge recharge faster while enemies are burning.
• Playing With Fire: destroying burning enemies recharges Knife Trick faster.
• Blade Barrage: the subclass Super, which replaces the Golden Gun. The Hunter leaps and releases a volley of Solar-charged explosive knives.

The Exotic Shards of Galanor also boosts Blade Barrage by returning Super energy after hits and kills.
