History of Voidwalker

Voidwalker is the Void subclass of the Warlock class, built around grenades, Devour and the Nova Bomb super.
Overview
Destinypedia describes the Voidwalker as an offence-focused, solo-friendly subclass rather than a support one, with notable practitioners including Ikora Rey, Toland and (formerly) Osiris. It was reworked as part of "Void 3.0", which Destinypedia says arrived with Destiny 2: The Witch Queen and which added Aspects and Fragments.
Abilities
- Supers: Nova Bomb with the Vortex and Cataclysm variants (Vortex leaves a large damaging singularity; Cataclysm fires tracking bomblets), and the roaming Nova Warp (TheGamer).
- Melee: Pocket Singularity, which has slight tracking, knocks back targets and applies Volatile on impact (TheGamer).
- Grenades: Axion Bolt, Magnetic Grenade, Scatter Grenade, Suppressor Grenade, Void Spike, Void Wall and Vortex Grenade (Destinypedia).
- Class abilities: Healing Rift and Empowering Rift.
Aspects
- Chaos Accelerant: charge grenades for more damage and a larger blast radius.
- Feed the Void: doubles the strength of Devour for Warlocks.
- Child of the Old Gods and Soul Siphon are also listed by Destinypedia; Entropic Pull is mentioned by TheGamer. The two sources list different Aspect sets, likely because Aspects were added and renamed over time; check in game for the current list.
Sources disagree
Destinypedia lists four Void 3.0 Aspects; TheGamer's guide covers three. Neither is a complete current list.
