How to unlock

Progress The Edge of Fate campaign on Kepler through The Outer Steppes Strangelet. Complete the Charge mission during that quest to unlock this entry, then open it in the lore collection.

This is campaign lore progression: visiting Venus is unnecessary. The displayed progress counter is not a Glimmer reward, and the individual entry does not award a separate item.
