Urchin-3si is a Legendary Sidearm with a Solar damage type, made by Veist, in the energy slot. Flavor text: "I will draw them in, then take them out." Destinypedia lists the intrinsic as Lightweight (move faster with the weapon) and Outlaw in the second perk column (precision kills greatly decrease reload time), at 360 RPM with high handling.

Acquisition

Earned from Gunsmith rank-up packages from Banshee-44 in the Tower; Gunsmith engrams decrypt into world-pool Legendary weapons. As a standard (non-Adept, non-crafted) weapon, check in-game Collections for current availability. The Destinypedia article describes older sourcing, so older and newer sources differ.
