Urchin-3si is a Legendary Sidearm with a Solar damage type, made by Veist, in the energy slot. Flavor text: "I will draw them in, then take them out." Its intrinsic is Lightweight (move faster with the weapon), and Outlaw is listed in the second perk column (precision kills greatly decrease reload time). It fires at 360 RPM with high handling.

Earned from Gunsmith rank-up packages from Banshee-44 in the Tower; Gunsmith engrams decrypt into world-pool Legendary weapons. It is a standard weapon, not Adept or craftable.
