History of Unbroken (triumph)

Revision 1506 by archivist at 2026-10-01 18:16:43

Overview

Unbroken is the Crucible seal, for players who ranked up consistently in both the Valor (casual) and Glory (competitive) systems. Completing all lifetime Crucible Rank and Glory Rank triumphs grants the Unbroken title.

Status: this is a legacy seal. Search-result coverage says Season 16 was the last season to begin the journey and the triumphs were removed from Season 19 on, replaced by new Glory rank triumphs; its gilding was last offered in Season of Plunder (TheGamer, updated 20 October 2022). Treat it as unobtainable unless in-game text says otherwise. Sources are from 2019-2022 and may be outdated.

Required triumphs

Valor (casual Crucible):

Glory (competitive Crucible):

  • Fight for Glory: earn Glory ranks across seasons (guide: 5).
  • Fabled Warrior: earn weapon rewards from the Fabled Glory rank in multiple seasons (guide: 3).
  • Become Legend: reach Legend Glory rank in any season (5,450 Glory).
  • A Glorious Legend: reach Legend in multiple seasons (three in the guide); the hardest triumph.
  • Unstoppable Glory: win consecutive matches (five) in any season.

Gilding

Once earned, the title could be gilded with seasonal triumphs: To the Victor (win 60 matches), Watch Them Fall (defeat 350 Guardians), Unfaltering Glory (4-win Glory streak), Valor Knows Not Defeat (6-win Valor streak), Valor Unbound (reset Valor twice) and a weapon-kill triumph (50 Grenade Launcher kills in Season of Plunder). Gilding ended after Season of Plunder.

Tips and time

  • Find a fireteam for Glory; take breaks after losses.
  • Time: multi-season, as Legend must be reached across several seasons.
