History of Ultralight Rail

Overview

Ultralight Rail is a Season 27 Rail perk. Lightweight construction greatly increases Handling and decreases reload speed. It occupies the rail slot of a weapon.

Compared with other rails

Each rail trades one stat for another, so Ultralight Rail is the handling choice:

• Quickload Rail greatly boosts reload speed and lowers projectile speed.
• Empowered Rail greatly boosts persistence and lowers handling.
• Mag-lev Rail greatly boosts projectile speed and lowers persistence.
• Low-Profile Rail modestly boosts handling and persistence.

Weapons

It rolls on Submersion, a Legendary Combat Bow, along with Heirloom, A Good Shout and Opaque Hourglass. Choose it when quick aiming matters more than fast reloads, and test the weapon in game to judge how much the change matters for your playstyle.
