History of Typhon Imperator

Overview

Typhon Imperator is a Solo Ops activity in Neomuna. Its description: return to Neomuna to stop the machinations of the Dread and the Shadow Legion. The Typhon Imperator is the paracausal flagship of Emperor Calus, which landed above Neomuna during Lightfall; per Destinypedia it is the only known Black Fleet vessel that is not a Pyramid.

Launching

It appears in the Solo Ops playlist, with a Cabal and a Dread variant. In December 2025 the Destiny 2 Team disabled the Cabal variant after a crash issue, leaving the Dread variant available; check whether it has since been restored.

Rewards

Solo Ops rewards scale with the grade earned (difficulty and modifiers add score; S and S+ give Tier 5 rewards). Featured Solo Op rotations carry bonus weapon focuses. See the reward list on this page for possible drops such as the Luminopotent armor set.
