History of Toxic Overload

Toxic Overload is an Exotic Trait perk from Season 16 that rolls only on the Osteo Striga. Landing a final blow or several precision hits triggers a burst that inflicts nearby targets with potent corruption.

The Osteo Striga comes from the Witch Queen campaign. Its poison spread and add-clear are strong in PvE, comparable to Huckleberry. Necrotic Grip pairs well with it, since that perk spreads poison when poisoned enemies are defeated. In PvP, its appeal comes mainly from its tracking bullets.
