History of Tithebringer

Overview

The Tithebringer triumph requires the completion of Altars of Summoning encounters. Completing these encounters grants progress toward the achievement. Bonus progress is awarded for completing encounters that are designated as more difficult.

How to complete

To earn progress, players must complete Altars of Summoning encounters. The amount of progress gained is determined by the difficulty of the encounter; completing more difficult encounters yields bonus progress.

Activity strategy and availability

This belongs to the Season of the Witch Haruspex seal. Originally, launch Altars of Summoning from the H.E.L.M., perform the Ritual of Induction, and place a Feeble Offering, Robust Offering, or Powerful Offering at an altar. These start Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 encounters respectively; successfully completing harder encounters awards more objective progress.

Complete each encounter's mechanic before attacking an immune boss. For tribute encounters, defeat Wizards, collect Burden of Tribute, and deposit it at the glowing ritual circle. For crystal encounters, clear the required crystals to remove shields. Stay for further offerings after the reward chest appears: the activity supports continuing rounds without returning to orbit.

Use the highest tier your fireteam can reliably finish. Successful lower-tier clears are useful when repeated Tier 3 failures would waste time.

Altars of Summoning and the original seasonal seal route entered the Destiny Content Vault with The Final Shape. This legacy record contributed to Haruspex and has no separate item reward.
