History of Time Trial: Anguish

Overview

Time Trial: Anguish is a Moon Nightmare Hunt Triumph for completing Nightmare Hunt: Anguish on Master difficulty within 10 minutes. It awards 25 Triumph score and contributes to Nightmare Hunts Time-Trial Master, a Harbinger requirement.

How to complete

When Nightmare Hunt: Anguish is in the available rotation, select Master difficulty before launching. Bring a coordinated three-player team, prepare for the displayed Champion types and shields, and use burst damage against mandatory targets.

Move directly between objectives, defeating the required Nightmare enemies that block the route. Collect their Unstable Essence to improve damage against subsequent Nightmares, and avoid spending time on optional enemies after progression opens.

Focus the Nightmare adds during immunity, then concentrate damage on Nightmare of Omnigul, Will of Crota.

Defeat Nightmare of Omnigul, Will of Crota and finish the activity before 10 minutes elapse. The time trial is checked during an ordinary Master hunt completion; it is not a separately selectable activity variant.

Rewards

Claim 25 Triumph score. Completing all eight hunt time trials advances Nightmare Hunts Time-Trial Master and Harbinger.
