A Throwing Knife is a Hunter melee ability used by the Gunslinger subclass. Gunslinger’s Solar melee options include Lightweight Knife, Weighted Knife, and Knife Trick, with different effects. Bungie’s May 1, 2025 update adjusted tracking across Throwing Knife melee abilities; its December 2025 patch separately increased Lightweight Knife’s critical-hit multiplier.
