History of The Whisper (Heroic)

Overview

The Whisper (Heroic) is the Heroic difficulty of The Whisper, the Exotic mission beneath Io (Echo Mesa). It unlocks after completing the normal version. It keeps the original 20-minute timer, adds the Shielded Foes modifier, Overload Taken Hobgoblins and Unstoppable Taken Phalanxes, and hides chests plus an oracle puzzle. The reprise listed Legend at 1830 power (renamed Heroic after The Edge of Fate).

Rewards

Floating blights can only be destroyed with Whisper of the Worm; clearing them and finishing awards the weapon's catalyst. Heroic completions also unlock the A Thousand Wings ship blueprint, and chests give materials. See also The Whisper (Expert).
