History of The Visitation

Overview

The Visitation is a legendary quest from Micah-10 in the Lost City of the Pale Heart (The Final Shape), part of the "Final Days" series. It asks you to find Balthazar, a scholar Ghost and old friend of Peach, who has gone missing on the Moon.

Walkthrough

1. Speak to Micah-10 in the Lost City.
2. Search for Ghost telemetry in the mission "Beyond" on the Moon; the coordinates point at the Lunar Pyramid, where you first faced the Witness.
3. Search the Moon for signs of Balthazar. He is in the Enduring Abyss, through the portal near Eris Morn that leads to a platform overlooking the Lunar Pyramid.
4. Return to the Arbor of Light to restore the lost Ghost.
5. Return to the Arbor of Light to talk to Micah-10. She keeps an archive Balthazar found, which holds experiences and emotions rather than ordinary data.

Rewards

First Ascent armor pieces: Casque, Helm and Hood (one per class). Balthazar rejoins the Ghosts working to heal the Traveler.

Trivia

• The companion quest is The Veiled. Neither source states whether it must be done first; the data lists them as parallel quests.
