History of The Perfect Fifth

Overview

The Perfect Fifth is the intrinsic perk on Polaris Lance, an Exotic Scout Rifle with Solar damage. Precision hits return ammo to the magazine, which keeps a precision-focused rifle fed.

Landing four precision hits loads a delayed Solar explosive round. The round scorches its target and fires with your next shot.

The perk can also roll on Ergo Sum, the Exotic Sword. Destinypedia lists Ergo Sum's intrinsic as a random roll from existing Exotic intrinsics, so The Perfect Fifth shows up there as one possible roll.
