History of The Other Half

Overview

The Other Half is a Legendary Void Sword. Its flavor text reads: "If only there was a way to combine them…".

Acquisition

The Other Half can be acquired from Dares of Eternity. It is also available from Xûr's Treasure Hoard in Eternity.

As the name suggests, it is the other half of Half-Truths. It is hidden in the Collections menu until acquired for the first time. The Other Half is a rare drop, and any drop of this weapon will always contain Deepsight Resonance to unlock the pattern.

The Other Half is based on the energy sword from Bungie's previous Halo series. It was added to Destiny 2 with the 30th Anniversary Pack.
