History of The Old Fashioned

Overview

The Old Fashioned is a Legendary Hand Cannon dealing Kinetic damage with the Adaptive Frame intrinsic. Destinypedia lists it with a Vanguard affiliation and the line "This is the way things were." The Destiny 2 Wiki lists the curated roll as Fastdraw HCS or HitMark HCS sights with the Drop Mag trait (greatly increased reload speed at the cost of wasted ammunition), notes random rolls can include Quickdraw, Feeding Frenzy, Kill Clip and Explosive Payload, and says it was introduced in Season 9.

Acquisition

Open Legendary engrams or earn faction rank-up packages (Bungie source text; sources agree). Destinypedia also lists engrams and faction rank-up packages. Neither source says it is craftable or has an Adept version; this is not stated.
