History of The Dead Cliffs

Overview

The Dead Cliffs is a Crucible map in the European Dead Zone on Earth, set in abandoned warehouses beside a crumbling cliffside. It launched with the base Destiny 2 game and is described by Destinypedia as still in the active rotation (not vaulted). It is a 4v4 map recommended for Control and also appears in Clash, Survival, Rumble and Trials of Osiris.

Layout

• Long, straight hallways with building cover favor snipers in the centre; zones B and C are close quarters for shotguns and SMGs.
• The central junction is Ivy, a high-traffic area and the tie-break spawn in Survival.
