History of The Broken Deep

Overview

The Broken Deep is a Lost Sector in The Pale Heart added with Destiny 2: The Final Shape (expansion required). It sits in the cave system of The Impasse, in ruined structures resembling Cosmodrome buildings, and is occupied by Dread and Taken. Difficulties: Expert and Master.

Location

Jump up the pillar marked with the Lost Sector symbol and platform across to a path with rusted car wrecks; follow it upward to the entrance.

Encounters

The route involves a lot of platforming, and Taken rifts will push you if you stand in front of them. The boss is Rhalis, Subjugator of the Light. He periodically shields himself; destroy the splinters in the air to drop the shield.

Expert listing: Overload and Unstoppable Champions, Strand threat, Arc and Solar shields, Epitaph and Chaff (from game manifest; rotates).
