History of The Bombardiers

Overview

The Bombardiers are Exotic Hunter leg armor introduced in the Season of Dawn era. The perk Parting Gift leaves an explosive when you dodge. Its secondary effect follows your Super's element: Arc blinds, Solar scorches, Void suppresses, Stasis slows, and Strand severs.

Acquisition

Obtained from Exotic engrams and rare world drops. Bungie's July 15, 2025 notes say Rahool's reputation track was removed, and Novel Focusing for past-expansion Exotic armor became available without prior engram decryption.
