History of The Blooming Deep

Overview

The Blooming Deep is a Lost Sector in The Pale Heart, added with Destiny 2: The Final Shape, so the expansion is required. It is a solo-focused Lost Sector occupied by Dread and Taken. Listed difficulties are Expert and Master.

Location

The entrance is in the southern part of The Blooming area, hidden behind a giant tree; a root wraps around the hole in the cliffside marking the entrance.

Encounters

The sector winds through small, enclosed caverns of roots and branches ending at a budding Tree of Silver Wings. A friendly Lightbearer Wizard, Luzaku of the Lucent Brood, fights the Taken and Dread and talks with the player. The boss is Azshrunah ur-Nokru, the Sacrificed, a Taken Knight.
