History of Tether

Tether is the Void Hunter super also called Shadowshot. It fires a Void Anchor that tethers a group of enemies, slowing them, disabling their abilities and making them take about 35% extra damage from all sources. Variants: Moebius Quiver (volleys of Void arrows) and Deadfall (anchors pull targets in and last longer). Anchors generate Orbs of Light when they first tether enemies.
