History of Tessellation

Overview

Tessellation is an Exotic Fusion Rifle in the Energy slot. Its intrinsic perk, Property: Undecidable, adapts its damage type to your equipped subclass (reported as grenade), and final blows grant grenade energy. Property: Irreducible lets you consume your grenade to fire a large projectile that explodes with that element, and Property: Unavoidable applies matching elemental effects to nearby targets. Update 7.2.0.3 fixed an interaction with Stormtrance that allowed faster special shots.

Acquisition

• Pre-order: bonus for The Final Shape (Deluxe / Annual Pass editions).
• Current: it is available from the Monument to Lost Lights, Shaw Han in the Cosmodrome for new players, and Special Deliveries in the Tower.
