History of Terror

'''Terrors''' are a type of Proxy found in the Infinite Forest, also called the Haunted Forest. They are Vex simulations that prey on the fears of Guardians, and they appear to be the result of a glitch in the Infinite Forest.

Types

Terrors come in each enemy faction: Cabal (Commanding and Severing Terror), Fallen (Noble, Soaring and Edgeless Terror), Hive (Stalking, Torrential, Arcane and Unyielding Terror) and Vex (Charging and Impregnable Terror). The Unyielding Terror is a Hive Darkblade simulation that cannot be damaged.

Origin

Destinypedia lists the first Terror-type enemies as "Nightmares" in the 2018 Festival of the Lost, renamed "Terrors" in 2019. Its appearances list begins with Destiny 2: Forsaken.
