History of Temple of the Wrathful

The Temple of the Wrathful is a location in Savathûn's Throne World dedicated to Xivu Arath, the Hive God of War. It sits in the swamps of the Court of Savathûn, reached from the Quagmire through dark tunnels, and connects to the Temple of the Cunning, Witch's Echo and the Apothecary.

Role

It features in The Witch Queen campaign, where Guardians recover Sagira's shell and a hidden artifact there. After Savathûn's resurrection it was overrun by Scorn.

The entrance to the Altar of Reflection: Catalyst puzzle lies in a cave near this temple. Guides describe Altar of Reflection as a weekly rotating glyph puzzle that gives 250 Throne World reputation and legendary gear.
