History of Tap the Trigger

Tap the Trigger is a weapon trait that grants brief stability and accuracy after the first trigger pull. Firing grants it for 0.6 seconds: +40 Stability, 50% less recoil and 10% smaller accuracy cone; fusion rifles get only 25% of the benefit. Seen on Borrowed Time.

Weapon types

The trait rolls on auto rifles such as Uriel's Gift, Prosecutor and The Forward Path, and on submachine guns such as Red Mamba, Stochastic Variable and Atalanta-D.

Enhanced version

Tap the Trigger (Enhanced) is the Season 16 Enhanced trait. Its description promises an improved short period of greatly increased stability and accuracy on the first pull.
