Overview

Talons of the Eagle is a Legendary Kinetic Scout Rifle built on the High-Impact Frame: slow firing, high damage, and more accurate while stationary, moving slowly or aiming down sights. Its listed stats are roughly 150 rounds per minute with a 13-round magazine. The curated roll is Polygonal Rifling, Appended Mag, Outlaw and Rampage; random rolls can also offer perks such as Firmly Planted, Zen Moment, Threat Detector, Explosive Payload, Ambitious Assassin, Opening Shot and Moving Target. The flavor text is attributed to Lord Saladin.

Acquisition

A Season 4 Iron Banner weapon. Drops from completed Iron Banner matches, from rank-up packages and Iron Engrams from Lord Saladin, and can be targeted through focused decoding. Iron Banner rewards were reworked around Season 17, so older guides may describe a different grind.
