History of Syndicate Rank

Overview

Syndicate Rank is reputation with a Syndicate in the Lawless Frontier. Reputation rises from three main sources:

• Priority Contracts, one per day for each pledged character, which award a large amount of reputation for the pledged syndicate.
• Contracts, which award smaller amounts only for their own syndicate, so focusing on your pledged syndicate is recommended.
• Dark Matter Ingots, which drop from Lawless Frontier missions and hidden chests. Depositing ten at your syndicate's chest in the cantina gives 100 reputation.

Rank unlocks

Reaching rank 5 with a syndicate unlocks that faction's unique shader and the Renegades Gear Tier Upgrade from Spider at Tharsis Outpost, which permanently raises the tier of all Renegades gear rewards by one. Buying the upgrade requires the Fellow Friend triumph. Ranks above 5 offer further rewards.

Pledging to a syndicate becomes possible after the Renegades campaign and the quest "The Territory War Begins".
