History of Surplus

Surplus is a weapon trait that increases handling, reload speed and stability for each fully charged ability (Grenade, Melee and class ability). Introduced in Season 16 (Destiny 2 Wiki).

light.gg lists bonuses of 5/15/25 Stability, 5/25/60 Handling and 10/25/60 Reload Speed for 1/2/3 charged abilities. It appears on Shadow Price (Adept).
