History of Superluminal Motion

Superluminal Motion is a set bonus of the Wayward Psyche armor set, a Legendary set from the Epic version of The Desert Perpetual raid. After you deal damage with your Super, your health and shields regenerate over time while you are in motion. Further Super damage refreshes the effect.
