History of Static Buildup

Overview

Static Buildup is a Season 21 trait perk on Centrifuse, unlocked through the Centrifuse Catalyst. The perk text reads: "While amplified, this weapon gradually gains overcharge." It works with the Amplified and Overcharge mechanics: the overcharge builds gradually only while the weapon is amplified.

Unlocking

The catalyst comes from Banshee-44's Higher Voltage quest. Static Buildup requires 700 kills with the weapon to fully unlock.
