Speaker's Room

The Speaker's Room is a chamber in the Pale Heart, in the Last City area reached by fast travel. Enter the building on the left side of the spawn area, then go into the tall tower near an Eliksni sweeping the area. Some players search the original Lost City for it by mistake.

Inside, interact with each pedestal and place your eight Visions of the Traveler on them. Once all eight are placed, a chest spawns nearby. Opening it grants the Exotic Khvostov 7G-0X auto rifle. The Mote of Primordial Light is also needed to complete the process.
