History of Sparrow Racing League

Sparrow Racing League (SRL) is a racing activity in the Crucible.

Overview

Select it in the Crucible Ops playlist on the Director; six players race three laps on set tracks, hitting boost gates and using tricks for speed, while avoiding Web Mines. It debuted in Destiny 1 (Dec 8-29, 2015) and returned in Destiny 2, which added a new circuit. Some sources describe it as a permanent Crucible playlist; others describe it as seasonal.

Rewards

Randomized loot: six weapons (fusion, auto, pulse, SMG) and a full armor set with movement perks, plus Sparrows, horns and shaders. Triumphs include top-three finishes, winning seven races, hitting every gate and no-death races.
