History of Sovereignty

Overview

Sovereignty is a Legendary Void Sniper Rifle with an Adaptive frame (90 RPM), added in Act 3 of Episode: Revenant. Its stat package is weak compared with top snipers (Dexerto/TheGamer). Its signature option is Withering Gaze, which applies Weaken after briefly aiming down sights.

Perks include Explosive Payload, Discord, Reconstruction, Enlightened Action, Demolitionist, Strategist (first column) and Harmony, Desperate Measures, Precision Instrument, Box Breathing, Adrenaline Junkie, Firing Line, Withering Gaze (second). TheGamer's PvE roll is Arrowhead Brake, Accurized Rounds, Explosive Payload, Withering Gaze; PvP is Discord + Harmony.

Acquisition

Seasonal weapon from Onslaught: Salvation and other Episode: Revenant activities, tonics at the H.E.L.M., or raising seasonal reputation. Not craftable.
