History of Sovereign Vest

Sovereign Vest is a Legendary Chest Armor piece for Hunters, part of the Sovereign set of New Monarchy armor. Its default shader resembles a worn version of the New Monarchy Diamonds shader.

Overview

• Class: Hunter
• Slot: Chest Armor
• Rarity: Legendary
• Set: Sovereign (the Hunter version has four armor pieces plus a class item; the set is named for the New Monarchy goal of rule by a single sovereign)
• Faction: New Monarchy

It carries the standard Legendary armor stat spread and can be modified with armor mods; it has no unique perks beyond the set's New Monarchy styling.

Acquisition

Earn rank-up packages from Executor Hideo in the Tower by turning in New Monarchy tokens (gained from strikes, public events and other activities during the Faction Rally). The set is not craftable and has no Adept version. Sources describe it as a base-game (year one) New Monarchy set, so older copies carry old-style armor stats; check in-game for what the package currently rolls.
