History of Sovereign Hood

Sovereign Hood is a Legendary Helmet piece for Warlocks, part of the Sovereign set of New Monarchy armor. Its default shader resembles a worn version of the New Monarchy Diamonds shader. This piece appears to be a reskin of the Philomath Cover helmet.

Acquisition

Earn rank-up packages from Executor Hideo in the Tower by turning in New Monarchy tokens (gained from strikes, public events and other activities during the Faction Rally). The set is not craftable and has no Adept version. Sources describe it as a base-game (year one) New Monarchy set, so older copies carry old-style armor stats; check in-game for what the package currently rolls.
