History of Skirmish

Overview

Skirmish is a historical Destiny 1 Crucible mode: a 3v3 team-deathmatch playlist. A Destiny Wiki history describes its team-deathmatch rules, revivable ghosts, and points awarded for revives. In a 2024 Destiny 2 update, Bungie described a temporary 3v3 Clash variant as inspired by Skirmish, with revives enabled; that was an homage, not a permanent Skirmish playlist.
