History of Sidereal

Overview

The Sidereal is a Neomuni device in Neomuna that supplies the nanotechnology needed to create new Cloud Striders. Volunteers undergo augmentation there, and only two Cloud Striders can exist at a time. Mikaela Julaha, the first Cloud Strider, built it so that other Neomuni could follow her path and become superhuman defenders of Neomuna.

It was first introduced in Lightfall and is mentioned again in Season of the Deep.
