History of Shrapnel Launcher

Overview

Shrapnel Launcher is the intrinsic of Lord of Wolves, an Exotic Shotgun with Solar damage. It fires a powerful burst at short range, and its signature is close-range Solar damage rather than long range.

The trait is Release the Wolves. Sources describe it differently. Light.gg says that hip-firing goes full-auto with higher damage and fire rate, but lower accuracy and range. Destinypedia describes an alternate action that switches to a longer, stronger burst. Check the in-game description to confirm the current behaviour.
