Overview

Rounds overpenetrate targets and bounce off hard surfaces, with a slight range and stability gain. Only Ikelos weapons have it: the Hand Cannon, SMG and Sniper Rifle versions. The wiki lists it as a Season 3 (Year 1) perk and does not describe later changes.
