History of Season of the Forge

Overview

Season of the Forge (Black Armory) was the fifth Destiny 2 season, part of the Forsaken Annual Pass, around the Dawning in December 2018. It introduced Forge Ignition, a 3-player activity where you charge a Forge by killing enemies, and the vendor Ada-1, whose weapon frame quests need Forge completions. The Scourge of the Past raid arrived three days in, and the Niobe's Torment puzzle a month later. Exotics were Anarchy, Izanagi's Burden, Jotunn and Le Monarque.
