History of Scallywag

Overview

Scallywag is the seal for Season of Plunder (Season 18, 23 August to 6 December 2022). It grants the Scallywag title and is no longer obtainable.

Eight of the nine triumphs below are required. Older guides, from before a November 2022 update, list a different set (including "Semaphore Signals").

Required triumphs

• Savior of the Seven Seas: defeat the Pirate Lords at each Pirate Hideout.
• With Full Sails: buy all Star Chart upgrades in the H.E.L.M..
• Beacon's Guidance: use Treasure Beacons to find the buried treasure.
• Crew's Control: summon each of the three First Mates in Expeditions and Ketchcrash.
• Crash Course: complete Ketchcrash on Master.
• Scourge of Themis Cluster: defeat all three Ketchcrash bosses (they rotate weekly).
• Fabulous Wealth: deposit 200 treasure into the haul.
• Robber Baron: defeat 10 Ruffians.
• Salty Smith: unlock Patterns for the seasonal weapons (craft all six seasonal weapons). This is the most time-consuming requirement, and it is the one to skip if you can, since only eight of the nine are needed.

Tips

Ketchcrash bosses and weekly gating mean planning ahead. Start Salty Smith early, because its crafting takes the longest.

Gilding

None.

Estimated time

Most of the season (105 days).
