STRANDED is a story mission in Neomuna, an abridged version of the Lightfall campaign mission "Downfall".

Type: Story mission, replayed through the Timeline Reflection quest, released in Season of the Witch.
How to start: open the Timeline in the Director and progress the quest to Step 4, which sends you to STRANDED. Steps 1-3 must be completed first.
Story: Ikora lets you look back at how, on the Witness's orders, Emperor Calus invaded Neptune in search of the Veil, and how Guardians found the secrets of Strand in the streets of Neomuna.

Finishing all five Timeline Reflection steps (the last is a chat with Ikora Rey in the Tower Bazaar) grants the Exotic Monte Carlo.
