History of Royal Chase

Overview

Royal Chase is a Legendary Scout Rifle of the Void element. It is classified as a Weapon within Destiny 2. The weapon features the flavor text: "If anyone asks why you're out here, just reload." —Devrim Kay.

Acquisition

Royal Chase is obtained as a reward from the Season of the Hunt Season Pass. It cannot be reacquired from Collections.

Perks

The weapon's base frame is Precision Frame, which provides a more predictably vertical recoil pattern.

Magazine Perks

• Tactical Mag: Slightly increases stability, increases reload speed, and slightly increases magazine size.
• Appended Mag: Increases magazine size.
• Flared Magwell: Slightly increases stability and greatly increases reload speed.
• Accurized Rounds: Increases range.
• Steady Rounds: Greatly increases stability and slightly decreases range.

First Perk Slot

• Full Auto Trigger System: Holding down the trigger fires the weapon in full auto.
• Field Prep: Increases ammo reserves and provides faster reload, stow, and ready times when crouching.
• Auto-Loading Holster: The holstered weapon automatically reloads after a short period.
• No Distractions: Aiming for a short period reduces flinch.

Second Perk Slot

• Multikill Clip: Reloading grants increased damage based on the number of rapid kills made beforehand.
• Thresh: Killing combatants generates a small amount of Super energy.
• Quickdraw: The weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast.
• Dragonfly: Precision kills create an elemental damage explosion.
