History of Roving Assassin

Roving Assassin is the Exotic intrinsic perk of Gwisin Vest. Before becoming invisible, hits and final blows with Spectral Blades build increased Super energy returns. Exiting invisibility near an enemy creates a weakening smoke cloud; Bungie’s February 4, 2025 Update 8.2.0 says this works both in neutral play and during the Super.
