History of Roln'gur, Blade-Bound to the Terrace

Roln'gur, Blade-Bound to the Terrace is a Taken Knight champion of Xivu Arath and one of the rotating bosses in Riven's Lair and The Coil. It is the final boss of the Synchysis mission, where the fireteam must reach the Catacombs and defeat it.

Roln'gur is protected by an immunity shield that stays up until the three Wardweavers are killed. Players also gain a Pervading Darkness debuff that is lethal at 10 stacks. Pools of Light cleanse it, but it returns, so it has to be managed through the fight.

The boss first appeared in Season of the Wish.
