Overview

Robes of the Emperor's Minister is a Legendary chest armor for the Warlock class, part of the Emperor's Minister Suit armor set from the Leviathan raid. The full set is: the Emperor's Minister Suit pieces, the Prestige version of the Fulminator Suit.

The Prestige counterpart of the Fulminator Suit.

Acquisition

Dropped from the Prestige difficulty of the Leviathan raid, the Prestige armor being a cosmetically enhanced version of the normal Warlock set. Per Destinypedia, Leviathan content was sunset with Destiny 2: Beyond Light on November 10th, 2020, so this armor is no longer usable for endgame content as released then; it is not available through normal gameplay today.
